The commercial potential is more likely in Pasir Ris than at A to Z area. With so many condos coming up in Pasir Ris, it is about time a huge shopping centre is built. The plot of land is reserved for Transport use in the 2008 URA Master plan. I understand Transport use refers to Petrol station or anything related to transport.
