however, if equity market recover fast enough back to above 2800pts, i do not expect any correction in the property price at all.

in early 09 after lehman bros crisis, int rate was very low as well and yet property still take a plunge. Those who overleverage with too many multiple units on hand will firesell few units if sentiment turns real bad

hmm now at 2818...recovered damm fast from morning...too bad i got no bal%$ to buy...kepcorp morning 8.5 now 8.97....true. sti will hit below 2k soon at this rate. property will definitely take a hit.

i prefer IndoAgri and manage to enter below 1.20... now hopefully can ride it up.
also, for dividend players, starhub looks good when it was below 2.65, i think the low was 2.62
5 cents div per quarter, you are getting more than 7% yield.
beat the hell out of any property yield...
