    Timing to launch this project is bad, too many projects along Still road and most small investors run out of money already...

    Drove pass & saw the billboard.

    Site seems small. Or have the developer bought the whole row of old shophouse/apartments?

    Location not bad. Beside main road, bus stop etc.
