I thought 'pink' condos are in the Newton area.

Or you mean literarily pink as in Melville in Simei? That one favoured by only certain types of FT.

Sought after? Look at the market prices lor, be it transacted prices or rental. Should be indicators of demand.

Rental and transaction price can only tell the value of the property, as for demand, I think we need to consider the transaction volume. Plus we also need to know the profile of the tenants or owners living there.

You asked for "most sort (sought) after", it's a far cry from "popular", which i suspect you are searching for.

There is no answer to this question.....

Nid to rephrase it....which condo is most sought after by 1) ang mor earning more den 20k/mth
    2) middle mgt angmor
    3) local sporean upgradder

    The list goes on

Number of transactions tells u that the buying and selling prices are realistic. Nothing more.

Owner selling fast and buyer quickly grab. Price is the magic key to connect.

Most sought after should have record psf.... Very little transactions. Why? Owner not selling and premium because many want to buy. You have your record breaking GCB and Condos to support this.

Most desirable condo is another matter.

As to local Singaporean upgrading, most sought after would be the most attractive in pricing. EC going for 550k is now going for at least 750k. That is how I measure sought after by up graders.

The logic is, the most desirable unit at the most attractive pricing.
