Saw the 2 bedroom floor plan...got bomb shelter. Also strange to have no common bath, each bedroom got its own bath.
About $900k for 3 bedroom beside the MRT and town center. All units are nearly NS facing. Very affordable for the Seng Kang/Punggol/Pasir Ris upgraders. Since it only TOP in 2015, by then the current crisis should have subsided and the property market should be more vibrant. It should have good response.
