Wonder why cherrywood not sold out coz the location isn't too bad. I think ppl are getting tired of small boutiques in d15 coz too many in that area.

to TS, why do you just go to URA website and check the private residential units sold by month to get all the unsold projects in D15?

Forgive my ignorance, can anybody enlighten me on how does a project classify as "boutique".... ?

Some of the properties I have seen "window dress" projects that can't qualify as condominiums under BCA definition as "boutique apartments" so that it sounds classier.

Is there any definition out there? Thanks!

In recent months, I don't hear many boutique MM apartments being launched. This is good news and it means future boutique MM supplies will be reduced.

Note that our singles population is on the rise and this group with higher spending power might gravitate towards MMs. I expect demand for MMs (both in boutique apartments and mass market condos) to be higher in future.
