    Is this even possible? Who in the right mind would spend 100k p.m on rental

    How do you know he is FT? Pinoys can be citizens too

    Yes, Pinoy can be citizens too but quite rare... However, I noticed new citizens are mostly PRC, MY and South Asian.

    BTW, am I sound too offending?

    I have different experiences wor. Nvr come across Citizen but PR or permit holders.

    Most likely she is a PR. A foreigner on Employment Pass/Work Permit is not allowed to take up any other employment other than the employer who has sponsored the pass.
