    Ok. Before i get pointed that i'm not comparing apples with apples. One could consider 1 ATT + 1 car or 1 Luxurie + 1 car.

    If you want to bet on the Hougang Megamall coming up in a few years, then the price of this one is a steal now and best is there is no competition and you can choose good facing/high floor units (It's like 55% sold only).

    Yea, this will be pretty far from the mall. The amount of time u take may be able to reach Nex by bus.

    Based on what the agent told me . Anyway when i was they were in the process of redoing the 4 bed showflat to ether 2 or 2+ study.

    most of the 3 bed were going for abt 850+/- psf.

    Think if there is a further discount to about 800 psf the units will be flying off the shelf.

    If developer already break even for that particular project, unlikely they will be desperate to lower price..

    Nin residence and RS did relatively well in terms of sales..
    Their prices not exaggeratedly high to begin with.. Maybe NIN a little bit but RS not really..
