This new monster mall/condo, located next to the current Hougang Mall, looks to dwarf the old mall by at least six times. Poor Hougang Mall, what happened to Hougang Plaza will now happen to you.
And according to the exhibits, it is to be developed in 3 years time. That's pretty fast!

The location is not very good. except access to TPE is quite close. but opp the road is the defu lane industrial park. And ard it is old HDB.
from price perspective. the 4 bed room and 3 bed room seems reasonably price. but location is not so ideal.
