    Default mill creek

    Anyone staying there .....it besides d' oasia,
    I like the living room, it seem to face the road.
    Always like apartment living room with balcony that face side road,
    and not facing neighbours...

    This is one of the worse project i ever seen

    D oasia is 100x better

    Any reason, layout ? Psf ? Location ?
    I only see the external facade,didn't go in...

    i agree d'osia is better too except for the chinese temple next to it.
    Mill creek's facade looks weird and interior is narrow..

    If you are given another unit, living room with balcony but west facing and also facing one of the units from the opposite apartment but you have the view of their swimming pool as well as partial view of another swimming pool from another apartment. That means left and right also have swimming pool view. What do you think, will you choose that?

    Wow, layout is v bad, with planter, bay window and long corridor.

    West sun too strong, my balcony east morning sun, used to dry clothes.
    Add solar film to mitigate.
