    Only 30%-40% sold as of today when I went to see the showroom. Design and quality are quite okay.

    mostly shld be studios as i learnt from the agents studios are less in demand ..thats why they are giving 10% discount for studios. i wonder why ..the studios for this project are quite attractively priced ..as the discount is deeper at 10% and the layout is same as one bedder except for the wall. i chose the one bedder due to personal preference. but i would imagine studios might be more appealing to others based on the price tag

    Discount has dropped to 8% recently for all types. Studios cannot make it.

    Well, if buyers insist on 10%, they'll probably still give lah... Developers are torn between wanting to sell the project quickly or to make the most of their earnings before the economy turns down!

    Economy is decelerating faster than I expected. It has also caught many developers who bought land from GLS earlier this year off-guard. Sales are definitely slowing down a lot for recent launches. I thought this one with affordable quantum should be at 70%-80% sold by now. There should be good lobangs next year.

    But aren't studios the same as the suites over at euhabitat? Suites sell out faster than the 1 bedders there.

    So what's the rational behind the studios here and the studios there? Demographics?

    seriously hope spore can hold its fort thg its more up to external forces to determine the outcome. most of us have job as our single source of income and destabilizing dat is not gg to do us good

    i cant speak for eu habitat as i hv not done research on it. but other than the wall, one bedder in this project has closer or same specs as the 2 bedders in terms of furnishing etc (thg this is very slightly different from the specs of studios) and its slightly bigger in size (unless you are talking abt the grd floor studios with PES)

    so maybe this is why some people prefer one bedder to studio in this project.

    Keep some powder dry,nxt 2yr may have gd bargain,
    But i dont think it a crash, a Correctn perhaps, gut feel

    Q4 2012 is a good time to look for bargains. Developers' holding power shd b reduced. The picture of condo oversupply shd b clearer too.

    Problem is Urban Suites is not yet constructed. Its underground carpark will cause some soil movements for Suites @ Paya Lebar later.
