Can this project beat the recession?
mostly shld be studios as i learnt from the agents studios are less in demand ..thats why they are giving 10% discount for studios. i wonder why ..the studios for this project are quite attractively priced ..as the discount is deeper at 10% and the layout is same as one bedder except for the wall. i chose the one bedder due to personal preference. but i would imagine studios might be more appealing to others based on the price tagOriginally Posted by hyenergix

Economy is decelerating faster than I expected. It has also caught many developers who bought land from GLS earlier this year off-guard. Sales are definitely slowing down a lot for recent launches. I thought this one with affordable quantum should be at 70%-80% sold by now. There should be good lobangs next year.

i cant speak for eu habitat as i hv not done research on it. but other than the wall, one bedder in this project has closer or same specs as the 2 bedders in terms of furnishing etc (thg this is very slightly different from the specs of studios) and its slightly bigger in size (unless you are talking abt the grd floor studios with PES)

Q4 2012 is a good time to look for bargains. Developers' holding power shd b reduced. The picture of condo oversupply shd b clearer too.
