    All the talks by agents that project will be completed by 2012/13 hands by the thread now... Think some people bought this project coz it'll be completed quite quickly... now what?

    My guess is early 2013. Fragrance / WCL can build many MMs within 1 year. Especially those with plot ratio capped at 5 stories.

    Talk about such small project.... I visited Kovan Grandeur. 1bedder unit and it's really small.
    It's good for single and also super easy to clean up the house. But it's definitely a super small unit.
    How to rent out? If I were the tenants, I would want to rent a bigger and mre comfortable unit. Just my personal view though.

    I think KG has no empty rooms now. Mostly rented out at 2-2.5k even for the 3xx sqft size. Everything is possible!

    Developer not revealing reason.

    However TOP date most probably wont be affected. End of this year of early 2013.

    hmm u managed to call them? I tried calling twice ..once in early noon and another time in evening. no one picked up .. only answering machine. sent email but as usual have to wait zillion years for a reply (they like to get their agent like ERA to respond). kinda frustratred

    anyway hope the TOP date wont get delayed. and yes ..an impt consideration for getting this is the quick construction turnaround

    The target of maintaining their style and ability of building a project in 1 year and upkeeping their name is more incentivising. Go go go...
