Up market their site again with proper soil fills and grass carpet to make the countryside feel, more neat garden features, more trees, ATAS artworks, bigger carpark, more big balloons, extending garden territory, determined to launch more than ever. Getting awed even when passing by the site with improved landscaping.

farnie...my buddy staying ard hillvista couldnt understand why they tore down..

earlier tent cant cater for large crowd...he said he did see ppl visiting showroom.
any good deal? but my buddy mentioned, knowing FEO pricier than others during good times. anyway their profits would have been supra profits in last 2 years....

yet to complete projects dont interest me as there's only one upside - capital appreciation

tear down the sales pavilion as a gesture of protest for CM5 to the government? haha, that is really funny. it is a like a brat collecting all his marbles and running home after losing a game. childish!!!

i was at the showroom today. discounts galore, 10 + 5 + 3 + 2%. this evening the agent called me again to say there's an additional 3% for tonight. perhaps they arent selling too well.

this tells the sentiment...but FEO sounds realistic on taking $$$ from singaporeans/PR/foreigner.
$1 million from pocket of singaporeans...not that difficult.

Developers smart to de-risk their position to buyers.

Anyway, regardless of psf /rebates/discounts, I'm not into MM or complicated (complicated = residential cum retail/office) project..too many distractions for growing kids.

this project falls under the rent/investment segment good luck

agree. TENNERY and Hillier are almost all 1-2 bedders MM Buyers are assuming great risk as all units are fighting for the same tenant segment.

went there today, 85 units sold. discounts is like 25% in total. min price now is around 610 nett west facing for 1 bedder. agent said another better facing tower will be selling at 1600psf in future. this is the preview price.

lots of people and lots of food. Many are enjoying the food and viewing. There are still buyers.

It is still $1200psf as speculated earlier for 1 bedder. No discount.
