Using reference from the apartments next to it. I think maintaince is less than $200 for 2 bedder with carpark. From the description G res has only a mini pool n bbq pit......
dual/triple key interesting for gd rental. I think new proj meridian 38 is launching at lorong M. its PH psf is 1300+ vs G res 1000+ .... G res should give better rental return? furthermore u can walk to kembagan mrt.
Wonder what is meridian 38 plus points...maybe furnishing n near some of pri sch? or is it near upcoming eastern region mrt station?
