The signage indicated the expected completion date, Dec 2014. Thought it is a good bargain project at 4xxk for a MM unit. However, the project is taking a great deal of time to complete longer than expected.
Fragrance group is quite reputable for fast builder. Just don't understand why this small project need to take so lo.........ng.

Thanks for the update! But still yet to wait for letter of notification for payment. Did you purchase this project? Having verified with the contractor, the project shall be completed and surrender to developer before Dec 2014. Not sure the rental rate of MM situated in the heart of Geylang. Nevertheless, my monthly mortgage loan is ~ $13xx.

Anyways, no need to finger wag...from the sales person viewpoint there's no error...whether TOP is brought forward is the developer's prerogative

the project looks almost completed.....i was driving along geylang rd when I saw a new structure in the middle of old structure popping by the side of the road.
looks very nice but i m sure there is no privacy as ppl driving past, taking double deck can see thru.

GW, Yes. In general, agreed the impact of lower rental yield at current market situation. We shall never let it worry us as it is only a passing cloud so long that you ve holding power. 雨后天晴. Not all projects are suffering with low rental yield. I feel that, by and large, low quantum is a safer bet as always. eg. My Mortgage loan for a shoebox is $12xx monthly at this point in time. What should I expect for rental? Are u vested LR apartment too?
