    The signage indicated the expected completion date, Dec 2014. Thought it is a good bargain project at 4xxk for a MM unit. However, the project is taking a great deal of time to complete longer than expected.
    Fragrance group is quite reputable for fast builder. Just don't understand why this small project need to take so lo.........ng.

    Hi, you bought this project too? I bought Smart Suites at Aljunied, walking to Aljunied mart only 2min to 5 min and address is not geylang but sims avenue, freehold too.

    Yes. I wanted to buy the commercial but ended up with the LR residential. it is a mixed development.
    Congrat to yr gd investment of Smart Suites. it is very near MRT..

    Thanks for the update! But still yet to wait for letter of notification for payment. Did you purchase this project? Having verified with the contractor, the project shall be completed and surrender to developer before Dec 2014. Not sure the rental rate of MM situated in the heart of Geylang. Nevertheless, my monthly mortgage loan is ~ $13xx.

    You may wish to check with the law firm who is handling your case. I was notified by the law firm who is handling my case to pay 10% of purchase price last week within the next 2 weeks.

    the project looks almost completed.....i was driving along geylang rd when I saw a new structure in the middle of old structure popping by the side of the road.

    looks very nice but i m sure there is no privacy as ppl driving past, taking double deck can see thru.

    It is expected to be TOP next month. The plus point for those units that facing the main road may ve greater advantage to enjoy seeing the hustle and bustle of Geylang city life.

    Here it goes! Other than a bit of privacy, the view is not that appealing. pictures attached is the pool and so call... city view. We can't expect much for <500k unit lah.:

    GW, Yes. In general, agreed the impact of lower rental yield at current market situation. We shall never let it worry us as it is only a passing cloud so long that you ve holding power. 雨后天晴. Not all projects are suffering with low rental yield. I feel that, by and large, low quantum is a safer bet as always. eg. My Mortgage loan for a shoebox is $12xx monthly at this point in time. What should I expect for rental? Are u vested LR apartment too?
