    From BCA website, the developer just submitted application for waiver of building regulation last week. Guess something was found not right after the TOP site inspection.

    I went there last weekend and there was still lots of work going on....guess the earliest would be dec? Definitely something is not right, if they have to apply for waiver of buiding regulations....

    I went there just now. They are unloading the a/c compressor. They have even put up the signage ATRIUM RESIDENCES.

    i picked up a few china hookers before on Lor 28 and 30. Young, slim, petite, tall, long hair, all also got! most of them went home to china already. I can't forget those times i had... i wish i had more money then every day can go and look for them.

    is everyone taking the deferred payment scheme from HL? if so, is anyone shopping around for other Home Loans? what are the options?

    don't think so. Tried asking 2 years ago. They rejected without asking much.

    Maybe can if you are their privileged banking customer or you know some high profile people inside.
