    Sports hub selling point for sportsmen

    Sembawang Park badly needs a revamp lah, now is a camping ground for some malay families (no offence intended)

    Hawker centre is the kopitiam - beyond like u said is the white bee hoon very yummy!

    I'll stick to my prediction of 150 units (though announced psf is 850) provided they launch ALL 320 units

    Some here said 50, some said 80, let's see

    NSE will be used as a selling factor LOL

    Called agent last nite said no price yet... But 1pm is for those 100% sure buy... 4pm for those 50% sure buy

    how can NSE be selling point? 1st is 10 years down the road, 2nd expressway is not mrt, only benefit ppl who drive.

    no selling point actually...

    the selling point agents used r the new sport central nearby... and the plot ratio is lower than the surrounding lands...

    agent juz called me said can go view anytime leh...where got vvvvvvip preview. think there is "official" preview date but "non official" is open to public anytime lah. was quoted around 830psf for a 3 bedrm (abt 1000sf). above my budget of 720~750psf

    just realized... 3 bedder non pool = $860k, 3 bedder pool facing = ~1mio

    if i m not wrong, price diff btw floor is 9k.

    i saw the entire price list, just didnt copy it down.

    that was the update a couple of hours ago...

    Now the reported sold number at this hour before showflat opens at 4pm (that means those units sold to VVIP buyers) is at 90+...wow

    Maybe VVVIP buyers got special 10+10% discount?? At 600++psf???

    my fren just got his unit, no discount... really 90+ sold? agent said 70+ only about 20mins ago...
