    I think BCA & URA should just put a stop to such nonsense! They should just stipulate a minimum size required for a bedroom that is habitable for a human and not just allowing the developers to build houses meant for dwarfs and selling at obscene $PSF and distorting the real market prices! The real market is that resales is almost dead while new launch of properties built for mickey-mouses and dwarfs are selling at ever higher prices in $PSF!

    totaally agree... wat hell is 700sqf 3 bed room? how to live? anyway its city build studio its ok.. 700sqf studio!

    Selling like hotcakes. Residential. I heard abt 30% sold.. av 2.2k psf for shitty view to 2750 psf for seaview

    Looks like residential units pfs generally a bit higher than clift, 76shenton, one shenton etc. But is the location any better? Presumably the seaviews are unblocked but at 2750pfs, may not be any better tha the Sail if no bayviews.

    I find so many individuals investing in properties instead of technologies and services disturbing. We might end up as a nation of landlords. There are not many Sim Wong Hoos around and that is quite sad.

    Isn't this the same as Managers, administrators, leaders, agents of all sorts (including businesses), bankers, fund managers, traders earning the most money disturbing? Most of these people don't do hands-on jobs compared to engineers / scientists / researchers and doctors / bio-researchers that can contribute meaningful to the society and the betterment of human's life! We will end up as a nation where the young and bright ones aspire and only want to work as traders, bankers, fund managers, administrators, managers (who lead by mouth only), and agents! US is going down that route and is fast losing their competitive edge!
