Yup. I guess those units on the low floor already has most (if not all) of the interior works completed.

I remember when I passed by few months back, I saw from the windows of the unit facing Serangoon Road (level 5, I think), the worker was working on the wardrobe in the master bedroom.

The Boon Keng BTO (opposite 8RS) is out. It is called St George's Towers. 32 - 34 storey high.

Should be (for those units facing Boon Keng MRT).

Anyway as I had mentioned before, even without the new BTO, there will be chances of the views being blocked should Euro-Asia Apts go en-bloc in the future.

its good news that theres a new bto in boon keng.

the fact that the gov is building more new condos/ hdbs in this area will only serve to give this area a much needed facelift. more new blocks and less old ones.

should euro asia apts go enbloc, thats even better!
    I've had enough. I'm done!!!

In my opinion, unlikely there will be a shopping mall. Looking at few cases, like Khatib and Yishun, Yio Chu Kang and AMK, etc.

Didnt drop enough to entice me...... EC at Jurong still going to hit record price, Jurong new condo also at record price, but the rest price softer a little.... It depends whether u are in a hurry to sell or not..... currently I don't sale alot of desperate sales...DON'T ever trusts agents and analysts say, they need these news to generate their own income

Always treat whatever said by the property company/agent with a pinch of salt. The price will only drop when the economy is not doing well as we had seen from the past (e.g. 1998 Asian Crisis, 2003 SARS, 2008). Increased interest rate may also cause price to fall but at a slower pace (1 - 2 years) because interest rate will not go up sharply overnight.

With all the cooling measures so far (TDSR, ABSD, SSD, etc.), the gov has almost completely wiped out 2 groups of sellers/buyers:
    1. Speculators
    2. Those who used credit to finance the purchase but unable to pay off. These group of people are taking advantage of low interest and over-stretched themselves.

If you look closely at recent transactions, majority of them of multi-unit buyers. These groups of people don't need credit to buy and they are willing to pay ABSD simply because they have too much money sitting idle.

    Yah right, but you forgot:
    1) We are facing possible EBOLA epidermic, and EBOLA is WORST than SARS!
EBOLA has a KILL rate of >70% !!!
SARS only has a KILL rate of 30% !!!

    2) China is slowly down......

    3) Europe is going back into recession because of Russia.......

    4) Japan is slowing down.......

The global economy looks gloomier and gloomier already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sustained Land has applied for Site Inspection. It is time to get your money ready. If there is no issue, we should be expecting the TOP to be early next year.
