The supply of MM in traditional areas will decline in 2012. With developers fighting over less areas to build MM, I think price will still be maintain or increase in good locations. Moreover, it is less worthwhile for foreigners to buy MM for own stay.

In any market, down or up, MM will always be relevant due to the factor of 'affordability' and especially since most are also less than 5 yrs old and thus regarded as rather new and in good tenable condition.
