    Maybe the developer thinks that it might take a while to sell their units as the location is in Geylang, so it will be safer to leave a bigger gap for the TOP date. But nowadays. Geylang properties seem to be selling quite well.

    I really doubt so. I know there're reasons they cant start building on this plot of land yet

    Look at Casa Cambio, same developer, launched 3 months later, yet TOP 2015 when its like how many times the size of this.

    Total is 78 units. Assuming (70+=) 71 units sold, it means ard 91% take up rate...

    Median psf shd be not far off URA figure of ard $1350...

    Noticed that the construction is currently on-going for the site, will it be built as fast as its sister projects (Centra Suites / Studios)?

    The show room seem to be rather quiet nowadays since most units were sold... Any idea what's the next project that will take over the show room?

    progress look fast.
    I tot previous post comment this project will drag long, but seems faster than GE.

    Yup heard that sales quiet good for this project and the last time I went was left few penthouse units left. Maybe small unit with high $/psf which overall price still affordable for a lot ppls to invest.

    Last count from URA as at end Apr 2012: 73 units sold, 5 units left (likely to be the more expensive penthouses).

    Passed by the site, saw that project board is up, which reads completion by July 2013, 4.5 years ahead of schedule!!

    Is that possible at all?

    it may refer to the completion of foundation only. wats the description.
