    unit already so small, planter and balcony look relatively sizeable...compared to the rest..., like can put a small bed in the balcony...i wonder

    Not only Singaporeans should have less children - the children should be slim and short...then they can fit into these small-format flats...

    Wow! Air conditioning ledge is as large as the HS. Not much useable area with the large balcony and planter box. Developer sure know how to maximize profit.

    will be tough, kids nowadays eat fast foods..western diet, quite hard to be slim..., wonder if the Government why Singapore birth rate so low, maybe most aspire to own private property, if have 1 child, still can squeeze into 1 bedder MM, if have 3 or more, where to sleep in MM..

    Very wasteful design. Around 500 sqft could have a 1+1 comfortably.

    OMG every owners worse nightmare! Rectangular shape,big planter/balcony. I tot 500 sqft sounds decent enough. Hmm on a side note, I envy the dogs staying there,at least the combine psf of the planter/balcony bigger than masterrm, no wonder some says dogs are even more fortunate than human. 55 Denvonshire should be market as 5 star dogshed living aim at aspiring dog lovers or dog owners wannabe

    is there a baywindows in the bedroom? one of the best layout i hf seen....haha....some fragrance 366sqft studios looks more livable den this one....HAHA

    indeed champion as other forumers have already pointed out.

    planter + balcony bigger than bedroom.

    A/C ledge almost as big as HS and throw in the bay windows. that really summarises it.

    top floor (below penthouse) high ceiling unit lagi best, airspace is included and sold seperately. at least they are honest and upfront about it.

    for the penthouses, i seriously wonder how big the pool is.

    yeah, let's shoot down the damn stock hahaha. no value added and greedy wanna maximise margins only. maybe short term can make a lot of profits but not a sustainable business model if they continue to be so unethical.

    anyway, preview is tentatively on 9 mar.

    No, Fragrance is Balcony king. World Class Land is super duper Balcony and Aircon Ledge king. Oxley is Balcony and Planter king.

    so all jia lat?! but oxley's new project will not have planters/bay windows liao. prob will rival world class land (otherwise known as aspial/lee hwa) as the super duper balcony/AC ledge king hahaha.
