    To prevent firesales and maintain market stability, the government should impose 20% Additional Seller Stamp Duty (ASSD) for those who want to sell their properties 10% below valuation.

    anyway...timelag on impact..info URA..another month after CM5
    we negotiate based on transacted prices and also market outlook

    watch out for interest rate to spike, oil price to spike
    stock market IPOs definitely dead

    US will continue to face challenges not on stats but elections..usual political play. the good stats do not bode well for the other party

    Owners have to pay for two types of maintenance fee : Private road and the amenities.

    - 1033sqft 2 bedders high floor pool view at 850k neg(carissa park) *transacted
    936sqft at 850k

    - 570sqft one amber 888k neg, last transacted 950k

    - 2 bedder 1130sqft sunshine plaza 1.25m neg, transacted 1.4m

    believe that above (sunshine plaza and dbr) are re-post from last week.. no bites..
