    This was already launched way before GE bro. This was launched in Dec with Centra Residences.

    Centra had bad sales till the recent ads on ST. Soon you'll see this advertising too. But the pool here is too pathetic

    Is at the same lorong, and lesser units. Then why the later launched GE with much more units fully sold? And idyllic still struggling?

    one puny pool.....the other almost full condo facilities except tennis court

    Apartment status, tiny pool, lack of facilities, pricing starts from 5xx while GE started from 4xxk

    GE is from Macly. I dunno whose the developer of idyllic

    But depends lar, 488k was only for a small number of units.

    I still think those nearer to aljunied/Payalebar mrt is ok for low 5xxk.

    no matter wat GE is still built on even numbered lorongs. everytime i drive along lor 28 bound to see chickens on the floor.

    when i was there....still got many 49x-50xk 409sqft 1bdr.....

    those near aljunied same one

    only those at waterina tat side safe from bunnies.....but bunnies likes to hop....wakakaka

    haha then Centra resi must be quite ambitious to price at 52xk onward.

    check out new Smart Suites, priced from 6xxk. geylang getting more and more expensive -.-

    Ness starting at 4xx, similar to GE but primedge 5xx

    Hahahaa bro im waiting for that area too! Dweave was the only 1 so far.

    i made a few turns to study lor 41. interesting right next to Paya lebar exit, but the buildings there all seem to be those conservation buildings. Dont think any enbloc is gonna happen Do u think Lor 42 near Grandlink square is good?

    By the time when paya lebar hub and kallang hub completed, do u think govt will transform geylang area? Red district may still be there, but in a way that u won't see those women and men standing and walking on the street.

    18 more sold at 1230psf median. 45 out of 71 to go though.

    I see alot of "workers" around the area...and a few hostile looking PRCs walking around here and there....

    Safe to get this project for homestay?

    Maybe you can look out for the almost built Riverside Melodies. Think they build finish then sell. Not sure if they have one bedder... Ever considered Airstream?

    Many recent launched FH 1 bedders are all selling at 500k ish. D19 especially.
