    Does it mean that those strata units that are not affected by the new rules would be sought after by investors? Notably those units that are smaller (less than 1500 sqf) - which translated to lower quantum. Especially those near MRT.

    Yes and no. You might wanna question the practicality of tight spaces for genuine industrial uses.

    Yes for those investors who die die need to buy commercial yet limited budget. No to those who have the bullets - better to go for more spacious units. Unless its shop space in high traffic and popular area with big growth potential... Then is clear Yes.

    Are you refeering to commercial or industrial properties? The rules and conditions are for industrial developments rite?

    Ah my bad. Yes only for Industrial. In that sense, location and tenure is key. But still maintain that size is important... Too small and sort of defeat purpose of industrial use right? Unless is very light use like, I dunno, interior design or designer furniture?
