    When i purchased the Discount dropped to 16.5% .. i paid 436K same floor as you

    At that time that was the last unit of the whole block accept 5th floor.

    There are still 405k units that time which i skipped (around Tennis court that stretch.)

    I got another Property next to Yew Tee MRT which im thinking to Rent out or Sell it after TOP..abt 2years more to consider.
    But nevertheless countdown to TOP.

    Wow same block and floor as me....we are really very close neighbor .

    Same here, i also skipped the 408K unit...they are too near to the SLE and BBQ pit.

    Blk 81 look good to me, near the club house, main gate and not facing the main big pool.
    I guess the main big pool will be very noisy during weekend..

    Our price not much different lar.. only 8 K difference...

    Last Friday, my friend told me the asking price for a 2nd floor 1 bed room was 470K ! not sure if it he is referring to 431 Sqft unit...

    $450K on which floor ??
    Even if the unit is on the 4th floor , your unit gain at least 14K already

    Agent sms me ground floor unit still available.

    549ft at 508K which works out to around 925psf.

    Those keen on getting a one bedder there can check it out!
