    1 bedder here or The nautical more potential? Both around same low 400k price. Floor plan for nautical more efficient without balcony.

    The MM 2 bedder here at 568k seems like a good buy?

    no vested interest in both areas, but if forced to make a choice i would choose nautical.

    at least it has amenities (SSC beside and hawker opposite) and walking distance to MRT.

    Currently Parc Rosewood has nothing but the expressway right beside.

    Also places one table outside bomb shelter and call it a study. However, unlike some other cheapo developer, does not thus call it 1+study. It is still just 1br.

    place 1 bed in bomb shelter; can called as 1+ maid room..

    hahaha.. but very cheap 398k... i guess sales will be good due to pricing.

    this place will be good if gov decides to revamp Woodlands MRT.

    anyway any updates on this project?

    Anyone can advise on comparable rental data for 1 bedder in the area. Can't find any on ura's website. Is there any completed condo in the area with 1 bedder units?

    Price wise seems reasonable.

    A good indication will be the rental of a 3room flat in that area.

    Most probably the 398k units are those facing the SLE.

    Compare with rosewood suites lor... But diff size and facilities..
