    Have been looking at URA caveats, so far no resale transactions yet. Could be due to the sellers' stamp duties.

    Master plan 2013 says woodlands will be one of the 'commercial' belt. Does that means we will huat in term of rental? does that means we have invested correctly? Hee hee

    Not really a good project, the hyped up buy out by buyers was on the hope of MRT that is too far.....and its the furthest from amenities and closest to highway.......

    Passby parc rosewood this afternoon the project build very fast , but see the colour and the balcony . Not really like the lookout .

    Correction. Cheapest by Quantum yes, but psf = $947



    Cheapest 1 bedder by PSF so far was Ripple bay. Quantum @ $415k, $857 psf.

    The further from mrt station, the cheaper it is....lol
    Seems like for ocr:
    800m or more from mrt station: 850psf or more
    Abt 400m from mrt station: 1000psf or more
    Abt 200m from mrt station: 1100psf or more
    Abt 100m from mrt station: 1250psf or more
    50m or less from mrt station: 1350psf or more

    Ripple bay was cheaper in terms of PSF. but Fragrance is a faster builder. collect rental income first

    My unit near to main entrance, but yet to start paying for 1st instalment although heard that parc rosewood built very fast, just wondering anyone same like me that have not start paying?
