    Actually both are good.
The tree will give shade to the residents.
The tree should be a hardy one considering it has been there for so many years yet it is so luxuriant.

rooms are very very tiny - the floor-plan already shows that it can fit in only single bed for the other rooms and mbr - queen size

surprisingly the current trend is some developers are improving on sizes of bedrooms (removal of bay windows) but here its the opposite

yup when they get keys - it will be a shocker ! know of some friends who recently collected keys to TOP projects (with bay windows ) and were really very regretful at not studying floor plans in detail...

Developers are the main culprits... sad sad... when baywindows were an ave for them to exploit, they give it so much that buyers are unhappy for the space wasted, etc. Now that this loop hole is mended, developers shrink the bedroom size so much to substantiate their high psf that the room is no longer for comfortable movement...

Why blame developers? If nobody rush to buy, you think they still dare to build MMs meh? Buyers are the ones feeding their greed.

Bodhi Residences, instead of Bartley Residences. Thats what they should have called it. Its the only unique factor.

Guess so when I saw so many signing cheques when I was there on Monday. This place still got potential not now but 10 years later. Woodsville area near potong pasir mrt is launching a new FH project soon. Will not come cheap.

For Singaporeans, if project near mrt station sure a sellout.

The reliance on MRT is just increasing at an alarming rate. Hopefully SMRT has made provisions for this increase in utility volume over the next few years...

So the Bedok Reservoir ones that are within 500m should become higher in demand when the MRT is built?
