The tree will give shade to the residents.
The tree should be a hardy one considering it has been there for so many years yet it is so luxuriant.
I saw the tree, didnt look as lush and healthy as how the ads are showing.Originally Posted by buttercarp
city dev's results release this morning said 170 out of 240 launched sold to date.
rooms are very very tiny - the floor-plan already shows that it can fit in only single bed for the other rooms and mbr - queen size
surprisingly the current trend is some developers are improving on sizes of bedrooms (removal of bay windows) but here its the opposite
the facilities like insufficient for 700units
CDL has been like this since hundred trees, dunno what makes them think the other bedrooms other than the master need only fit in single bed. but pple still buy leh.

this bartley R rooms so tiny and no baywindows somemore.....wakakakaka
Developers are the main culprits... sad sad... when baywindows were an ave for them to exploit, they give it so much that buyers are unhappy for the space wasted, etc. Now that this loop hole is mended, developers shrink the bedroom size so much to substantiate their high psf that the room is no longer for comfortable movement...
Why blame developers? If nobody rush to buy, you think they still dare to build MMs meh? Buyers are the ones feeding their greed.Originally Posted by ysyap
Good grief. Another 170 suckers to add to the pool...Originally Posted by bargain hunter

Sigh that devt will spoil the neighbourhood. Looking like HDB in a place were don't have HDB.
No HDB so the project will still look special lah...Originally Posted by chiaberry
Bodhi Residences, instead of Bartley Residences. Thats what they should have called it. Its the only unique factor.
Guess so when I saw so many signing cheques when I was there on Monday. This place still got potential not now but 10 years later. Woodsville area near potong pasir mrt is launching a new FH project soon. Will not come cheap.Originally Posted by mcmlxxvi

different MRT lines command different premiums...Originally Posted by buttercarp
Also proximity to town (or hubs) also factors...
I am rich in debts...
The reliance on MRT is just increasing at an alarming rate. Hopefully SMRT has made provisions for this increase in utility volume over the next few years...Originally Posted by buttercarp
