    There is a small triangular plot in the URA MP2008 being successfully rezoned from Education to Residential.

    This combined Residential plot was then sold to be built into BR.

    The empty plot next to BR remains zoned as Educational use.

    Education use - can it be primary school/secondary school? or private school?

    BR land was awarded in 2011 and this small plot was in 2012 ... If it's under BR .. Then what is BR gg to build there ? ...
    And maybe to get condo status ?

    With inflation getting higher .. Construction and material will only get more and more expensive ...

    Prices should also be the same

    You can take a look at the tender documents for the BR plot (22,094.4 sqm) - See Tender Brief

    Now take a look at the rezoned educational plot:

    www.ura.gov.sg/dc/mp2008/images/mp08-120.pdf

    See the plot size for the full parcel (including rezoned plot) = 22,094.4 sqm.

    So the rezoned plot (in shaded colour) is part of the BR plot, and not any external plot next to BR.

    If you are wondering why this rezone is only approved in 2012 while the tender is in 2011, sorry I do not know.

    But the bottom line is that the rezoned plot is part of the BR plot.

    There is no other residential plot next to BR.
