AStack 3 and 4 are about 50 metres away from the facing stacks. Good spacing. Too bad they have West sun.

Stack 4 still got 8th floor.. I don't think the west sun is an issue for stack 3. The tree seems to be taller than 4th storey.
If other stacks like facing the road and west sun are sold, I don't see why stack 4 cannot sell. It's a matter of time. Akan datang!
