Prices of properties near 112 katong to increase?

Do you guys think that with the re opening of katong mall (112 katong),
prices of properties nearby can command higher PSF?

There are a number of apartments without facilities in this area and I'm curious whats the asking PSF now.

can't seem to find any on sale at the moment.

when the news of 112 katong break out, the prices alrdy set-in high even 112 katong was ready..

nothing more to ask for, unless asking for the sky??

I think your question is : You are owning a unit near there, can you sell it higher later on instead of offloading it NOW?

The answer is : Yes! It is likely you will be able to sell it at a slightly higher price compared to what u can get from the market now.

All projt price katong 112 in already and asking for sky high price
Eg adara, tembeling , beacon edge, d'marine, coralis, psb.
Some even priced in mrt ....

But some new launch not doing well eg sycamore tree. U can try there
