According to agent, sold around 200 units.

People who decided to invest in other properties after seeing SH's launch prices will also be kicking themselves if SH's prices come down.
Things will get interesting... options cancelled, demand for other launches drop..leading to several other price corrections... etc..etc...

1) URA just released their data on condo units sold by developers for the month of April 2012.
As at end April 2012, 131 units sold for Sky Habitat. That's only about 25% of the overall total number of units (509).
Think not many units were sold in the first 2 weeks of May.
2) The median price was $1,583 psf with the lowest price at $1,435 psf and the highest price at $1,893 psf.

I consider this project is 15% over-priced.
I think those have bot perhaps regretted...
the open terrace cannot be used during day time from 11am till 6pm...hot hot and ur paying a very high price for it
