1) URA just released their data on condo units sold by developers for the month of April 2012.
As at end April 2012, 131 units sold for Sky Habitat. That's only about 25% of the overall total number of units (509).
Think not many units were sold in the first 2 weeks of May.
2) The median price was $1,583 psf with the lowest price at $1,435 psf and the highest price at $1,893 psf.
Finally, can walk a bit, visited this place.
I consider this project is 15% over-priced.
