    Did i see and hear correctly: that the developer has "joined" the adjacent land to Skyhabitat's?

    So it's Sky habitat II now??

    Can like that one meh? Unless the top up the lease of sky habitat to start the same date as the other piece of land.

    Don't think it's possible. Any changes will have to be approved by buyers else they have a legal recourse under the new rules?

    Agree. Only advantage to convince the owners to approve the change is to have a common pedestrian tunnel from the 2 plots straight into junction 8 or any capitamall site nearby.
