With RI, RGS, and numerous amenities around, Bisan is actually a good place, although it is suburb in someone's eyes.

Some so called CCR condos do not have any amenities. They are more like offcie than home. Do they really worth more than Sky habitat?

with the block structures coming up, the distance of the blocks to the road around it is apparent and it does seem a little too close for peaceful enjoyment for the dwellers.

could be because FEO take a more conservative approach with the building design whereas Capitaland like to go all crazy with celebrity architect.

Probably lowest floor of stack 3 of SH... That one has 2 huge balconies and a large Aircon ledge.

Freehold for KAP vs 99 years for SH. No comparison. How long has this project been advertising?

    neighbouring plot launching soon??

different market sector? I presume he mean MM apartment.

In Singapore, CapitaLand will be launching in the current half another condo, next to Sky Habitat, which Mr Wong said would "be targeted at a different market sector". The group also plans to release its Marine Point project.

the showroom looks a lot simpler. looks like they are trying to just focus on getting cost down and competing purely on location.

Likely to avoid cannabilising SH sales. If MMs are launched at this new plot, they should sell very well.

Breakeven cost for Capitaland is $1270psf, selling price will be $1400psf and above for sure.

I expect to see MM apartment going at around $1800-$1900psf, while penthouses will be around $1400psf.

I agree -it looks like affordability is going to be an issue -it's better to price lower and move the units. And don't make it too luxurious or else Sky H may lose its shine

they just need to pitch it at the same psf, but reduce the quantum by compressing the unit size, this will fly of the shelf and pave the way for more deep pocket buyers to snag SH.

Starting from 484 sqft? Hur hur thought anything below 5xx sqft is inhumane? Change in company directive? Era of quantum play is back?
