its averaging 1280psf for the only stack of 1 bedder 463sq ft(stack 4).rest of pricing i cant remember.
stack 3 which is 2 bedder 495sq ft is sold out.
stack 3 n 4 are the premium stacks south facing towards east coast.

stack 1 n 2 are 2 bedders facing north looking directly at another condo (escada) about 20m away only..noise from PIE will b partially blocked by escada..
overall the project is quite nice but u have to drive to live there..

Ive been to the area (bought a unit at Vacanza) theres a bus stop just right at the door step. Just that the bus frequency is 20min.

parents bought 2 room @ 636k, 500 over sqf.... because wanted to stay close together @ vacanza ...
