Hmm, seems like a pretty decent layout. Similar to Fragrance's projects with double entry to the toilets. the smallest unit is 1 with a study room at 431sqft sold only at $508k.

Did i hear folks say Cheap? Take a walk there from Eunos or Kembangan mrt and if by the time you reach you are not panting yet, have a good listen to the PIE orchestra. Area is quiet so you can really appreciate what it plays - nice flowing music 24/7 just for you...

sold out within 1 week wanted to buy..but too bad sold out..anyway it it situated next to PIE and is right inside if you dont drive..walking to nearest MRT(Eunos) will take at least 15 mins
