This project is one MM project. The front conserver house surrounding the MM apt. I personally don't like the color of the conserver house. Trying to look modern yet cannot. End up not here not there. Super small project. only thing is near the eateries. Other than that... nothing to talk abt.

    Too MM for my liking.

Location wise Mountbatten Suits better. But project wise the land layout is better. Pool wise This is better than Mountbatten suits at least 2 person won't knock into each other. But units size wise sucks. no better than Mountbatten Suits.

Both are almost in the same cat of Super MM. don't see anything good about them.

But Mountbatten Dungen unit beats this project over having the worst unit

Not every put fh or lh as priority. Maybe some like the prawns noodles want to be near by. Or some like the parkway so don't mind dungeon. For me I don't like both project due to the layout n space.
