Does anyone keep tract of this index since 2009 onwards? Cannot retrieve any old data from NUS website. Thanks.

??? 1st of all this index was only created in Mar 2010; 2nd at its home page http://www.ires.nus.edu.sg/webapp/srpi/SRPI_Main.aspx it shows the complete chart from 2001 (where it sets its base at 100)

Thank you. I used this chart in my homework. But was given C- becos there is no exact figures given to my lecturer. Don't understand why they can't use URA index as a standard benchmark.

I wonder what takes NUS SPRI so long to update Jan property indexes.
The indexes are not out yet and we are reaching the end of Feb.
