Interesting... From photos it looks a storey higher than what was thought. Does the ground floor begin at B1?

    it should TOP soon ...

but any difference if it TOP B4 and After election ?

went to take a look at its location last month ... very difficult to get there ... basically in and out via Charlton from Upp serangoon road.

good to have a mall there ... but could face a lot of competition from nearby HDB retail ...

    any thoughts ?

More for niche market like some quirky cafes , delivery services or educational centers I guess. Space at Kovan also has the potential to be a cafe hopping hot spot.

i went to check out the project for retail unit .... find it too "residential" a location ... hence retail unit may not be suitable for me...

Can see from the design how the developer improved usable space by building the aircon ledges under the planter. Aircon ledge merged with planter. Very clever way to improve internal space!

But not sure if that might pose some difficulties during aircon servicing.

Can't wait for my relative to get the key for me to kaypoh.

Wow, also keen to see. Does this mean that developer charges buyer for planter and aircon ledge but only pay for one of them in in GLS?

Sounds illegal. I doubt so though as the rooftop spaces for the penthouses appears to equate to close to one full level. GFA bonus 10% must have been maxed out there?

    A point worth kaypohing into.

Thanks for update kelongguni. Just called my lawyer firm, forwarded me the email.

Need to make the 6 months maintenance fee and survey fee.

Btw, also need to pay the Interest, argue with lawyer firm but they insists is CPF fault, asking me bear... feeling unfair
