    It is very common nowadays for a 2 bedded room with less than 600sqft.

    Too many projects coming up in this location. Buyers are spoilt with choice while developers are struggling with their sales.

    bad timing of launch. Nothing unique compared to GE. its ok to be small but location is exactly around GE.

    So between primedge (total units less than 50) and GE (total units more than 200), same location, which type is better in terms of own living, rental yield and resell?

    Generally, I think GE have better value in future.
    For rental, is easier to market and should have slightly higher rental. Further, Mtn fee in general should be lower as compare to smaller development.

    For future capital gain, very much depend on the surrounding factors.
    However, because Resale price also have some co-relationship to it rental yield. With better rental yield, it general the resale should be higher.
