    For residential I am guessing it shld be about $1300-$1500 psf since they are all small units.

    Pronounced Meel-age and not Mil-large (like Mirage)... It is a combination of Malay and Village, due to its proximity to, well, duh, the Malay Village.

    omg it's next to the Geylang Serai wet market : get ready to smell of rojak, fish, lamb...and the noise for whoever lives there.
