Which phase is this, the newest?
I tot aircon should be in all rooms?
Mine got in living, dining, granny and all bedroom upstairs.
I agree..... Gate looks poor quality..... The see thru type.
I will be changing it to autogate with a manual door in it.

Some have extended the gate by removing the Pillar. It gives a grander apperance.

Parking 2 cars will be much easier.

I like what some of the owners did by changing the tiles for the pouch to black

My gate swings outward bcoz there is a gradient on my porch so can't swing inwards... but I think you have a good point, I wonder if there is a law on this? anybody?

Actually I do not know whether there is a law forbidding the gate to swing out.
I have seen some owners putting up sign to caution pedestrians of the outward swinging gate.

That's correct. Auto gate must swing in. If swing out, you are protruding into public property.
