    wow!! 16 units... what is that maintenance charges/month like??..

    per unit pay S$300/month is still only S$4800/month...

    M suites TOP liao meh? whenever i drive by, it's all empty! the entire block looks so old now. Paint is becoming dull

    Dunno... The number of units here indicate total units in the project la not the number sold in the month...

    exactly, i still got the pricelist maybe lower but still somewat high since it was launch during recession period, i can only say idiots at east coast

    Many of my frns bot into this project
    price range from $630+ to $700+ psf for ground floor and PH

    land cost to developer is $500

    are you quoting for the larger units? If so yes somewat the larger units psf gap is pretty significant as compared to 1/2 rms

    yes, 3/4 bedrooms
    for 1 bedroom, the price is $1600 thereabout
