The thread i also follow but only start responding to you guys just Yesterday.

As i opted the deferred payment scheme hence the price i paid for is 3% higher.

How is the progress for WC? Blk 35 reached 9th level oredi..

Took some pictures on Saturday, 21 September 2013 when I went to view the Sea Horizon. One of them was a snapshot of the entrance, and the other was the view taken from Sea Horizon (think it's Block 29 and 31).

I will be renting a Room on the open market , just me and my wife.

We got no kids , so we are prepare to stay at a rental room for 1 year.

The reason I am selling my existing flat is because I worry the price of HDB Flat might depreciate.

Brilliant move!! Flexible & mobile. A lot of my friend also doing the same. All afraid HDB market will crash and affect their cash flow since all rushing to buy private property.
Now everyday have to work harder cos of heavier commitment and cannot resign lightly...kenna bully also have to hang on...life getting more miserable and stressful and start to quarrel with family now and then....Haiz..

Sea horizon though on the high side but i quite like its layout and facade of the development. But then to pay this type of prices, might as well get a non-seaview private better...

Bro Owen, hope u can sell off your HDB with good profit! haha... and also hopefully our watercolours can continue to jiayou and TOP soon, so u dont hv to keep contributing to the rental market..

Hello all,

Finally have a chance to register and see all future occupants of watercolours here. And thanks for the photos too. I took some from across the HDB flats. Have not gone up close and personal with all that construction going on. But looks like they are already on 7th/8th floor of blk 25 already.

Did someone say 2014? That sounds exciting!
