    Wow thats quite long. This got en bloc before Casa Cambio's plot. CC already sold out months ago.

    Went to have a look, natural marble flooring except bathrooms are homogeneous tiles and all kitchen appliances including fridge and washer cum dryer provided.

    the median for the 6 sold in jul was 1455psf. so 1.5k with 2% disc, around there lor. accepted by some but not sold out mah.

    That's like MM prices of D15. Can even get ready-built ones for 1.4kpsf.

    9 sold in sep at 1445psf median. total 17 sold as at end sep.
