    Great choice to escape ABSD. its like buying 2 mm but seems like just 1

    u should check out the new potong pasir project. very good layout for 2 beds DK but pricing is mad.

    Honestly, I suspect the govt gonna step in to do something about dual keys soon. Otherwise soon developer can just build 3-5 keys apartment? dont need to pay ABSD

    Geylang dual key 2 bedder can earn how much rental leh? 2k each ah? May be easy to rent but difficult to sell next time since its at Lor 30 leh...
