I thought the 15th floor 2 bedroom at 912k was quite good value, but I was not looking to buy today. Actually, they are very lucky this happened on a quiet Wed afternoon. If it was the weekend, they would have lost a lot of buyers.

Just curious how come this development only 28 pages since its supposed to be quite promising? I pass by the showflat every evening and it seems quiet. Are buyers giving this a miss?

Yup, too good to discuss further and yes, quiet promising with rocket high selling price . Maybe buyers drive too fast along the road and miss the project

Yeah. I visited the showflat a week ago. I noticed this couple and the guy had this "Get me out of here" expression on him while the agent was energetically making his pitch.

Is this development good? The D!2 location is OK but the actual site sucks. Sandwich between the two busy Bendemeer Road and Serangoon Road and flank by the PIE and CTE and the extremely busy MacPherson flyover.

    See review by H88,com; http://www.h88.com.sg/article/Eight+...nto+Bendemeer/

With the high price paid by UE for the site, there are better options.

Project not even officially launched and already sold nearly 300 units. Wait till UE start putting ads in ST you'll see sales go crazy.

The decisions the developers made doesn't help too... They chose to include to 3 rows of townhouses that made the grounds so congested. I wouldn't choose to buy this if I'm in the towers. I'll choose a development without low density townhouses that will give me more communal space.

Super congested. Only a small pool to share n a multistorey top storey garden walk. Good location for drivers, only if e roads were as uncrowded as today...

Drove by and saw their ad. The original 590+k was slashed to 560+k. Looks like they are doing some damage control?

That's not too bad for pre-launch. If the rebound in stock market continues, and the gloom in eurozone dissipate, the actual launch should be met by okay sales.

That right but I think even the stock market remain groomy this period of time, property market in SG still stable and climb at a must slower and constant rate only

Just wonder if there is still buying interest amidst all the debt crisis? On one hand, Greece is facing default. On the other, the wall of liquidity may be coming our way.

Wow look like R38 seen much better choice in term of cost, although is much a distance to MRT as compare to 8RS. A one bedder unit at R38 at lowest floor cost around $490k+ with 452sqf and two bedder cost $780k+ from low floor onward with 743sqf, best of all is 999 years compare to 8RS.

Wonder how the sales so far for 8RS?

R38 facing PIE is noisy from day to night n located so deep in n Ulu..
    Facilities small n limited..
So cannot compare..8Rs has it's plus points also.
